\n\u2022\u00a0prepares draft contracts, penal decrees, orders and other acts and documents related to the Agency\u2019s activities
\n\u2022\u00a0organizes human resource management activities related to labor and civil service relationships, staff performance appraisal, further training of staff, payroll and incentives, competitions under the Civil Servants Act and the Labor Code, civil service and employment staff records
\n\u2022\u00a0drafts and updates the administration\u2019s staff establishment plan and staff roster
\n\u2022\u00a0plans, organizes and coordinates public procurement procedures related to the Agency\u2019s activities
\n\u2022\u00a0maintains the administrative register referred to in Article 61 (1) of the Administration Act
\n\u2022\u00a0organizes and implements the Agency\u2019s document flow management and archiving activities by maintaining an automated information system
\n\u2022\u00a0provides administrative services to individuals and legal entities and coordinates the handling of alerts and proposals received from them
\n\u2022\u00a0organizes the maintenance of the information and communication system and connectivity of the Agency and of the internal information exchange system
\n\u2022\u00a0draws up a draft annual budget and a draft budget estimate of the Agency, allocates and monitors the implementation of the Agency\u2019s budget
\n\u2022\u00a0organizes and carries out accounting on a cash and accrual basis in accordance with the requirements of the Accountancy Act, the Public Finance Act, the Chart of Accounts of Budgetary Organizations, the Single Budget Classification and the accounting standards and guidelines applicable to budget organizations
\n\u2022\u00a0accounts for resources received from international and national programs and projects, as well as from donations, and monitors their spending
\n\u2022\u00a0is responsible for compiling and storing accounting documents under the Accountancy Act and developing internal documents and rules related to the Agency\u2019s financial and accounting activities
\n\u2022\u00a0drafts and justifies proposals to the first-level spending unit for amendments to the approved Agency\u2019s budget
\n\u2022\u00a0is responsible for managing the property of the Agency and exercising control over the protection of movable and immovable property by carrying out inventories pursuant to the Accountancy Act and instructions of the Minister of Finance
\n\u2022\u00a0plans, carries out and supervises the implementation of running and major repairs of fixed assets, reconstructions and repairs of the electricity, water supply and heating systems
\n\u2022\u00a0organizes and carries out the overall provision of facilities, equipment, supplies and inventory for the Agency
\n\u2022\u00a0provides transport services to the Agency and is responsible for the maintenance, repair and accountability related to the use of the means of transport
